Played my normal homegame last night. Quite a lot of fun as usual. Flopped a set vs TPTK and won a $150 pot. Called a small raise with 23o flopped 2210 and busted someone who decided to push all in with the nut flush draw. When we got 4 handed we switched to PLO. Took one really bad bead from Mitch the king of bad beats. Flooped a set an open ended draw. Make the str8 on the turn and raiser pot $50. Flush card came on the river and he had caleld my pot bet with a naked flush draw. Good day over all, I bought in for $60 and cashed out $230. So $170 in profit

This was the same girl that got pissed off about a couple friendly jabs I made about her. (on here)

I dunno... she doesn't sound like someone that's worth your time. And Tim is right about women never saying what they actually mean. That whole conversation sounds odd... was she intentionally being a bitch?

Kenny, yeah that is the one. I never really figured out what he deal was with that. I am a dumbass for telling her in the first place. I guess she felt like I was encouraging people to insult her. I told her that if I actually thought anyone was really trying to be insulting to her that I would defend her but that no one was being insulting it was a joke. I had a friend that used to like to joke about Robin really liking him better than me and that she was going home with him that night, pretty much the same shit you were saying and she thought it was funny, i really dont know what the difference is when it was someone online. Part of it is you are a poker player and she hates the game. Of course this is another good reason that she is my ex. As much as she tried to pretent otherwise she never understood poker or why I played it. Everytime I would win she would tell me to put money in the bank, every time I lost she would tell me to quit and not lose anymore money. At one point I was talking to her on my drive to the casino, I got there and talked to her for a couple more minuates and told her I had to go. She got annoyed and told me not to lose all my money. What kind of BS is that?? I guess in her eyes I'm just a degerate gambler. She needs a stay at home guy that is going to pledge his every minute to her and that was and never would have been me. Someone who will get a job that she can be proud of, she would tell me that if I played poker professionally that she would leave me. Like I said she needs someone that is not me so its good for both of us that it is over and we can both find someone that fits our needs better.

In this case I think she was saying what she meant. After 5+ years I do have a good read on here and when what her motivations are. I still havent figured out how talking equals sex but I guess she believes thats my motivation then that is her belief, obviously she doesnt get me so I guess its good she's my ex. I am a very low drama person, ok maybe not always at poker but in real life so I guess at this point its better off the way it is. Ok so I wrote a heck of a lot more than i had intended to but I guess its good therapy.

Bad day of poker, very good game at the Village Club but one of those days that some of the morons ended uo with all the money.

Hand 1: Villian is on tilt he has been dumping money left and right. I have $90 in front of me, I get QQ. Raise to $25 get 3 callers. Flop is 884. Maniac goes all in, I call everyone else folds, he has 86o

Next I get KK and double up bs the maniac who actually had a real hand in JJ.
Next big hand: I have $200 in front of me Villian 1 and Villian 2 have $100. I limp from the button with QJ. Flop is AK10 with two spades. Villian 1 bets $20 , Villian 2 raises to $50. I push all in, both call. Turn is another 10 great, river is the 2s. Villian 1 turns over A7s for the flush, I didnt see what villian 2 had. The guy with the flush is a really terrible player, so of course he folds his next 10 hands then gets up and leaves.

Next finally I get luck. I have $140 in front of me. I get KK UTG. Decent played raises to $20 and 3 players call. I reraise to $80. He thinks for a while and pushs all in. He covers me, I call. He has AA, maniac from hand 1 says he folded a K. Flop is 889 turn is the case K. No ace on the river and finally a good beat for me.

Then I went on a really dry run of cards, I must have seen 29o 15 times over 6 hrs. I went about 1.5 hrs without winning a pot and grinded off about $100 in chips.

Next fun hand. I am Lp with 109d. I call flop is 975. It check to me I bet out $20 and get called by really crappy player UTG. Turn is 10. I bet out $40 and he raises to $100. I have about $100 left. i push all in. He ista calls with 86o. Limped utg with 86o and flops the nuts it really ust be idiot day.

Next fun hand, next hand I play. I get 1010. I raise to $20. Get called by table maniac flop is Q93. I bet $40 he pushs in, I have to call and he has AQ, this guy has pushed all in with bottom pair or a crappy draw a bunch of times, just bad luck that he actually woke up with a real hand for a change.

This was one of those days where the worst players end up with the money. The Maniac was there foy my whole 6 hr session and was on and off tilt for the whole day. This was on of those days that I call idiot day, the players who had no clue were the ones who left with all the money. Its ok I guess without days like this they wouldnt come back and dontate their money the rest of th time.

Totals for the day: -$205 in 6.25 hrs.

I dont know MVP, both suck, they are frusterating in different ways. The funny part about all of of this is I am actually very happy with this session. A great lesson I leanred from TUP a while back. Everyone is going to have crappy sessions, the fact that my day from hell only put me in the whole $200 is good. A year ago this day would have set me back $600. I would have tried to get my money back and it would have cost me more money.

I forgot to post my last session. I played at VC on tuesday with Mitch, between making one really bad play one really bad read and some god awfull cards it was a bad day. The day started out quite well. I flopped a set and took down a $60 pot on my first hand. The next hand I play I get Q8 in the BB flop the gutshot, check one player bets $6 I call after 2 other players call. Turn is the 10 giving me the book end str8. Get two players all in and take two stacks. The bettor flopped a set and the 2nd player made two pair. Slow play kills. So I'm up to $350 in the first hour. Next hand I get J10 in the BB, bet $15, utg who is a short stacked rock, push for another $40 total. Folds to me, I know I am behind but call for some stupid reason. He has AJ and I double him up. Next hand vs the same player. I get 1010 otb. Rock raises to $15, I call 3 way flop. Flop is Q87 with 2 hearts, rock bets out $15, wow that is a weak bet and he only has $60 left. I push on him he calls with KK. Uggg double up him again. Next hand, he raises to $10, I have 45c OTB, I call the flop is 4. He bets out $20, get one caller in the middle. I push all in again. He calls with 46o, wow that is just about as bad as it gets other than JJ. I miss my naked flush draw. Double him up for the third time. I get KK, raise to $15, get raised by the tilting player. I push, he calls with A10 and flops the A. So I rebuy, new player sits down at the game. I get AJ otb. Straddle hand so I call $6, stradler goes all in for $14 which I pretty much expected. 2 players call, i call. Flop is A56. Check to me I bet out $20 new player calls. Turn is the 2nd heart, I bet out $30 he calls. River is the Jh. He checks, I have $43 left so I push, he instantly calls with Q9h. Ummm ok, that was a load of fun. He called the flop bet with nothing and backdoors the flush. Not a good day. -$270 in 4.5 hrs. Going back to beating the morons would be nice.
