Well another awfull session, all of a sudden a very cold wave of cards I played 348 hands and managed to win 11, not a single pot over $10. I basically blead off chips for the last hour and a half. I am not over 750 hands without flopping a set, and AK continues to kill me. I had it 5 times in this session and won with it only once and that was a folded preflop. The other 4 times I missed the flop and had to fold. The only good news is I am about 200 hands away from clearing my last poker now bonus and I can go back to party poker. The sad news is with this crappy session I am a break even player at pokernow over my last 2000 hands, not a good thing. At least I have some money from clearing bonus's but a turn around in my cards would be nice.

I was going through my last 2k hands played at poker now and my win % with AKo and AKs is 18 %, i have seen flops with Aks/o 35 times and made a pair on the flop only 8 times.

I have flopped sets with
2's 1 for 16 hands,
3's 0 for 12
4's 1 for 14
5's 2 for 14
6's 1 for 10
7's 1 for 8
8's 0 for 8
9's 2 for 10
10's 1 for 9
J's 1 for 9 in flops seen
Q's 1 for 3 in flops seen
K's 1 for 6 in flops seen
A's 0 for 6 in flops sees
Totals
12 for 125

i was a little unhappy that I was just breaking even, I am not happy with just being a bonus whore and making money just out of releasing bonus's. With how bad the cards have been falling for me I guess I should be proud to be break even. I guess that means I'm playing ok. The law of averages will average out, I feel a run of sets and a nice inflow of money coming to me soon.

Well as I predicted in my last post. I had a good session today, flopped 3 sets. Got payed off big with one of them. Played about 300 hands, finished off my pokernow $200 reload bonus, so it is back to party poker for me and a move up to $100 NL.

Yeah well I was having a nice run there, I was up 12 buyin's at the $50 tables, them this $100 fun day, running into 3 sets twice with 2 pair and once with an over pair is not a good way to start my move to a bigger game.

Well I played a quick 150 hand session to finish off the $100 IGM pay bonus, I swear with all these bonus;s I'm never going to get any money back from rakeback. Oh well, I now have to clear the june bonus, which I just signed up for.

Those freakin bonuses are the ONLY thing keeping me at Party... I must have won the Party lottery today, cause I actually cashed out like $500 up... But, I know the danger of keeping my money in... Check out that hand I posted and try to figure out what those bozos had...

BTW... I'm so glad you keep this journal... it's SOOO great to hear the thoughts of such a WONDERFUL poker player and human being in general... If I wasn't completely heterosexual, I would ask you to come to Miami and marry me... You're just THAT wonderful... :D Boy, I need to get me a shill too... :D

Crappy session, only won 8 out of 180 hands, really cold cards two crappy hands to follow. Hand1 I should have folded to the flop raise, so I deserved what I got.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (10 handed)

UTG ($198.25)
UTG+1 ($55.5)
UTG+2 ($41.65)
MP1 ($21.25)
MP2 ($61.75)
MP3 ($37.75)
CO ($59.6)
Button ($42.05)
Hero ($49.5)
BB ($10)

Preflop: Hero is SB with [7c], [3c]. Hero posts a blind of $0.25.
1 fold, UTG+1 calls $0.50, 4 folds, CO calls $0.50, Button calls $0.50, Hero (poster) completes, BB checks.

Flop: ($2.50) [4h], [8c], [5c] (5 players)
Hero bets $2, BB calls $2, UTG+1 folds, CO calls $2, Button raises to $8, Hero calls $6, BB calls $6, CO calls $6.

Turn: ($34.50) [6c] (4 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, CO bets $20, Button folds, Hero raises to $40, BB calls $1.50 (All-In), CO calls $20.

River: ($116) [Jh] (3 players, 1 all-in)
Hero calls $1 (All-In), CO calls $1.

Final Pot: $118

Hero has 7c 3c (flush, eight high).
BB has Qc Ac (flush, ace high).
CO has 2c 9c (flush, nine high).
Outcome: CO wins $79. BB wins $39.

This hand just sucked, great flop, but the moron on the table is still left to act behind me, so I try to sucker him in, in doing so I know I'm taking a risk and the turn and river pretty much fuk me.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (9 handed)

MP3 ($49.25)
CO ($47.76)
Button ($49.25)
SB ($48.5)
BB ($194.05)
Hero ($49.5)
UTG+1 ($46.5)
MP1 ($50.65)
MP2 ($48.5)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with [5c], [5d]. SB posts a blind of $0.25.
Hero calls $0.50, 4 folds, CO calls $0.50, 1 fold, SB (poster) completes, BB checks.

Flop: ($2) [2h], [8s], [5s] (4 players)
SB bets $0.5, BB raises to $3, Hero calls $3, CO calls $3, SB calls $2.50.

Turn: ($14) [4s] (4 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero checks, CO checks.

Rhound... I'm not sure I would've folded to the flop raise... you had a flush draw and a gutshot... You're probably supposed to fold there, but I'm a sucker for those double chasers... BTW... How often do you see all 3 people in the hand pull a flush... That's ridiculous that 9 of 13 clubs were in play...

Hand 2... ya GOTTA raise that flop... w/ 2 people already in, ya gotta figure at least one of em is chasin, and if they hit, you're screwed... Plus, I probably would've thrown in a bet on the turn, even though the one guy did have the nut flush already... At least you would've known it a little earlier...

MVP, the reason I should have folded the flop is I wasnt getting odds to draw, I'm ok with the result, this is the first time I've ever seen 3 flushes in play with only 3 flush cards on the board.

Hand2, I really wanted to raise the flop, the reason I didnt was the player acting behind me was the ATM of the table, yeah he has the nut flush draw this time, but it just as easily could have been AK and he would have reraise, gotten called by the player in front of me then I cab push all-in. Even with a call there are still more safe cards in the deck than bad ones. Not a huge deal I didnt lose that much money on the hand. I took a chance to make a big score and the turn and river didnt accomindate me. Oh well it happens
