Damn I love live poker I just wish I could start picking up some hands. Put in another 5.5 hours tonight and I remember with vivid clarity every hand I won which totaled 3 One of those was the very first hand of the night for a small profit and then two others where I stacked a couple of fools. After that I just bled away money slowly from the blinds and time charge and the very rare occasion when I got a hand to limp in with. I still managed to win 65K Bs after all was said and done so that should really tell you that I just didn't pick up many hands to even get involved with preflop for a limp. But it was a beauty of a game. One young kid called a 200+K Bs bet on the river with 5 high Another fool managed to call off his whole stack of nearly 1 million Bs with KJ on a KJ109 board when my buddy held AQ. Some pretty good stuff all through the night just wish I held some hands to get involved with.

Well just got back in from the live game and boy what a doozy again. 7-8 players limping every flop and if they get any piece they are damn well going to the river. About the 7 or 8 hand I am UTG and limp with 44 and about 739 people call. The flop is 422 and the Small Blind leads out and I just call his 3/4 pot bet and a couple more call behind me and then the young kid that I busted a couple of times a day or so ago makes a pot sized raise and the Small blind calls the raise so I go ahead and repot it because I know the small blind has a 2 and isn't going anywhere and the kid I put on a pretty big overpair. I also get one of the other callers to go all in as well. The turn was a 7 and I get the young kid in for the rest of his chips, River a J. They turn over 26o, 28s, A3o and I take three of them to the felt for over 1 million bolivares. Ran it up to 1.3 million before getting my top two pair cracked by a guy that called a pot bet and my pot reraise on the turn with his Q5 flush draw and got there on the river but didn't have any chips left to bet with. Lost another couple of hands to put me back down to 600K or so up before the game got short handed and the guy to my right just went on super tilt and busted him a couple of times and he just kept reloading pretty short. Ended up with my best day there so far at 1.2 million Bs for 6.5 hours play.

Well looks like my live poker days here lasted one week. I went back this afternoon and a game was just getting started and I put out my time charge and was told that they were now taking a 5% no max rake again so I collected my chips up and cashed out the money I had on account there. So it looks like I am back to a more full time schedule on the old internet scene.

Played a little this afternoon. Haven't played NL at Absolute before tonight but may start playing a little more of it there as you can buy in for 200 Big Blinds which I wasn't aware of. Just played one table while watching Finding Nemo with my little girl. Managed to stack one fully loaded player toward the end when i checked my set twice to him and he couldn't resist going all in with AQ
