time to post monthly results ... good month again... not as superb as previous but in the terms of money I think it's even better because I am getting more rakeback then previous month... still... I am pretty happy with it.. here's the graph:
a couple of days ago I deposited $1500 to Betfair (again) and am getting used to the place because my plan is to start playing like 8+ tables as soon as my new monitor arives (which I haven't paid for yet but hopefully will tomorrow if the money is in bank account, which it should have been already today)..
Pacific now allows for 6 tables (I srsly didn't know that) so the most probably I will be playing 6 pacific tables and something like 2 or 4 on betfair.. Since neither of those sites has a time bank option and pacific also has very popular FAST tables this will def. be a bit tougher (speed gives you 8 sec for decision and regular 15) at first but I hope that I will be able to manage 6+4 or at least 6+2 or 4+4 .. something like that.. I guess I'll know once I start trying it.. I played 5 tables of Pacific today and it was fine, and I played 6 tables of betfair yesterday and that was also fine... we'll see...
As for the laptop, I decided to buy Toshiba U300-15C and not the Dell one.. I figured that the price difference is too big for the quality/performance/need for me to buy the Dell.. I will hopefully be paying for that also tomorrow.. I also took the warranty extension for it so I'll have a warranty for 3 years which should be plenty imo..
I realized that I didn't update the progress of my stock (Russian fund thingie)... well, I am losing money there currently... Since I've started investing in the fund it dropped like 9% and the 5% entry fee makes it a 14% loss.. Still, although this is a rather big fall and all, I decided to invest some more money in it while it was falling because from everything I've read and seen I am sure that the fund has great long term prospect,, I invested 2500€ ($4000) so far in that fund in one month and cca. 10 days..
I am now also looking for some place to invest the other money, but that will be something like active savings or property savings (dunno what it's called in english), things like that... The goal is ultimately to be able to buy an apartment from either that or poker money (it's all poker money duh, but you know what I mean).. enuff for now..
