Oh MAN! Yesterday was just not my day. I didn't matter what I did, I always had the second best hand by the time the river card fell.
Case in point, Playing 2/4 LO8 last night at Pacific with MVP, and while he can win a huge pot with Ace high against 4 other players, I get AA2x in the hole and the flop comes A8x, I start jamming the pot against some dufus and sure enough the turn and river come 8 & 8 and instead of winning with Aces full, dufus of course has the case 8 and had been capping the betting with me til the river card came at which point I knew what the sorry outcome would be and therefore was able to save at least a couple of bets. He had something like 468Q or some shit like that too and was just looking to give me his money but lady luck was having NONE of that.
That was the hand that finally got it through my thick skull that I was NOT going to get back to even and so I went to bed on a sour note.

I don't understand why the converter won't show the results even though I have the box checked for it to do so. This is a run of 4 CONSECUTIVE hands, the last 3 of which were scoopers and all I can say is that it's about time and boy was it fun while it lasted!!!! The first hand I think I played like an UBERDONK but still, my read on the 2 other guys was right and they were both going for the low so I got half and they had to settle for the rest. After that, the following 3 hands, well, I just couldn't really have asked for anything more except maybe more agressive opponents. I don't think I have ever scooped 3 pots in a row like this before. Was quite fun, this should happen more often!

Tried to play off some of the PokerRoom bonus today but there is really slim pickings at LO8 there. I did manage to clear a couple dollars and 100 points though.
Signed up for the Victor Chandler bonus. Didn't figure I could clear the full $1000 so I only deposited $500. Tribeca doesn't have dick for LO8 which really sucks because I have really come to like that game.
Played a couple S&G's at UB. First one was a 5+.25 HU just to make enough to be able to enter a 20+2 one with MVP. Was kinda funny really, the HU one only lasted 2 hands! After that it was off to the 20+2 where I finished in 3rd behind MVP and the guy who won it.
So, overall, a winning day but not a real nice one or anything. I got stacked at NL100 at Tribeca when I had a $120 stack, but managed to win it back from another dood who I stacked.

OK, not much to report today other than I suck at HU 3/6 LO8 against MVP. Against the other folks, well, I do much better. We decide to start up a 3/6 LO8 table at VC hoping to get others to follow us since all that was going on there before was .25/.50. We play HU for awhile, and I start out real good but then end up losing about 100 to him before he leaves. Luckily, shortly before he left we were joined by 2 other doods. And I was able to make back $75 of the C note before I had to go take my kid to soccer. Her team finally won a game and she was goalie the whole game and made quite a few really nice saves and NEVER got scored on. 3 - nil was the final.

Here's a nice story for you, hope you didnt just eat, she had soccer practice yesterday, musta took off her socks in the car afterwards or left one in the car awhile back. My youngest daughter spills her coke on it and doesn't tell anyone about it. The car sits out in the sun with the windows up, temp in the 90's the last couple of days. I guess between the liquid and the sugar in the soda pop, the bacteria in the sweaty sock decided they needed to multiply in the heat. OMG, I don't think I have EVER smelled a sicker smelling car interior than that one when we got in it this evening! YUCK!!!!

OK, back to poker. When I finally got back to playing poker tonight, all I felt in the mood for was a SnG at VC since MVP said they totally suck at them. So we both played in 2 20+2's and I musta been one of the ones he said sucks cuz I finished 7th and 6th. Oh well. Back to the drawing board for my winning streak. Lost -$58 today.

What an up and down month this has been. Until 2 days ago, I had lost ALL my profit for the month and was in the hole for the month. FOR THE SECOND time this month! The last 2 days have seen enough of a turn around, yet again, to bring me back above even for the month. The crappy part is that not even bonus is going to save me this month and make it look like I had a good month as both of the bonuses I am currently working on, PokerRoom and Victor Chandler, both end in June and i don't do the type of record keeping where you add in the piece of bonus that you may have cleared that particular day. I wait until it is released into my account before I add it. Not that the other way is wrong it's just easier for me to do it this way. The other way may make for more accurate results of what you made each day and each month in the correct month that you actually earned them but its too much hassle for me to do it that way.
This past week got so bad that at one point I had lost abot 4 days in a row and was down -$600 which is more than 10% of my BR so I was getting pretty discouraged. But I think I've started to turn it around and am up more than $100 for the month again. God I hate seesawing like that.

Anybody here hate making a misclick? I'm sure you do. Well, I had one tonight. There is no way in hell I fold this after his $4 reraise but that damned tribeca software and its intermittent freezing, along with my bad mouse control, cost me an $89 pot tonight.
