Thailand is pretty fucking awesome.
We arrived yesterday and get to the hotel at about 11am. We can't check in till 2pm. It was really, really hot and Harris and my bags got lost at the airport (they were coming on the next flight) so we were sitting there in jeans in the sweltering heat. What better to do than start the drinking. They have a really cool bar/sitting area in the lobby where we spent most of our time before we could check in.
When we finally did get to check in we started playing some chinese.
..10 hours later. I'm down 4k and Harris down like 6k or so. I think Mark was pretty even, Jonny was up 10k. What a prick. What a lucky prick. It was fun nonetheless. Some of the swings were pretty sickening, but I never really managed to get myself into the positive.
Today we're planning on renting mopeds (only $6 a DAY) and buzzing around town, we'll probably check out the beach for a while.
