for whatever it's worth:
I haven't found that much of an improvement, rather, it improves my game when it's HU in a tournament or SNG. With overaggressive opponents, you have to start re-raising a lot more liberally. If they're so bad that they're going to call with crap even then and not fold at all then just wait for a good hand (top/2nd pair) and push it for all it's worth. If they're the type to slowdown when you get aggressive back at them, then sponging them is good in position, trapping works well OOP.
Poker is silly.
It is not enough to be good at chess, you must also play well.
Somewhere in the world someone is training when you are not. When you race him, he will win.
