for whatever it's worth:
I haven't found that much of an improvement, rather, it improves my game when it's HU in a tournament or SNG. With overaggressive opponents, you have to start re-raising a lot more liberally. If they're so bad that they're going to call with crap even then and not fold at all then just wait for a good hand (top/2nd pair) and push it for all it's worth. If they're the type to slowdown when you get aggressive back at them, then sponging them is good in position, trapping works well OOP.

I admire your BR managment Roy. At your age many guys I have met just piss it away. You are very good with that and that's one of the most important things in poker.

Trump - that was ONE time
Well July has got off to a good start, i lost a $105 HU sng but made a few hundred playing NL200 again, +150 or so in just under an hour. Going to a friends 18th tonight and then maybe to play some live poker after that, then got more live poker tomorrow so I probably won't get too many hours in.
