Just played a nice session of NL ring, 6 x 6max NL200 tables for an hour or so, +700. This only barely begins to heal the damage i've done to myself in SNGs and tournaments and omaha and what not, but it's a start. I've taken an interest in PLO8 ring games lately so i'll be playing a lot more of that, as well as trying to improve my SNG game. Also going to be playing a tonne of MTTs everyday to try and improve skills/win big.
Poker is silly.

Just took 36th in the $55k GTD for $234.15. Had some decent cards but never had that "rush" to get me into the chiplead or enough to make the FT. Bustout hand was me pushing 74o in the CO and the BB called with AK. Flop came AKJ with 2 hearts, I had 1 heart. Turn gave me hope with another heart but the river was a brick. Oh I also played a HU tourney with 256 entrants, I won my first 3 matches but lost the 4th. Still cashed for about $50 there ($20 entry).

Well yesterday was interesting. I made a few hundred playing NL200 cash games only to lose it in SNGs again. Then I lost maybe 500 playing in the 8/16 lo8 game on FTP. Ok yes I was slightly drunk for the end of it but I was insanely cold decked too. I woke up today and managed to win back my losses and a little playing HU matches and 2/4 NLO8.
