FYI Excession--- Code Poker refused to pay me my profit bonus or RB the month they closed out to Americans. I had already earned enough hands to qualify, etc. Also, my RB guy said they sent him an email saying they are no longer going to pay affiliates.

You might consider Battlefield Poker which is Prima with a 50% RB which is pretty close to the profit bonus anyway.

What about extending this strategy to playing from the blinds?

Semi-loose UTG+1 raises, CO calls, Button calls, SB calls, and you are in the BB with AK. Pushing here would be a somewhat normal tournament strategy but it would seem a little weird in a cash game. But would it not be +EV?
