at least you are admitting that there's an issue. i think that's important.
for one, i recommend that you NOT track your wins/losses every day if possible. let PT do the work for you. check out this blog post:

i realize that this guy plays LHE and it's different, but he's one of the most grounded players i've ever seen. i think not tracking wins/losses daily helped with this.
another thing that i do is keep a journal. it takes some time, but it keeps me grounded. initially it started out as a kind of strategy guide for myself. while i still make some strategy notes, mostly these days it's just a review of big pots that i played (both wins and losses). this reveals tilty play in all of its ugliness REALLY quickly. furthermore, if i get my money in good (against actual cards or versus villain's range based on a review of his PT data), then it's easy for me to let it go if i get sucked out on.
if i play tilty two sessions in a row, i force myself to move down until i start playing my a-game again.
or you could do what jennifer harman does and start burning $100 bills every time you start to focus too much on the money.
or does she flush them down the toilet... i forget. anyway, you get the point.
