This is a good question that I am sure many tight/aggressive trn players have to deal with when they don't get any cards early.
Your almost to that magic number of the BB being 10% of your stack. However it is still to early to panic. You have the rest of this round and all the next round.
Here's the deal. You have T13500 and the BB is T1000 to play. You get JJ. I am not sure if it was folded to you or not but even if you have a limper I think the correct play is 3X the BB. If you make it T3000 you can now get away from the hand if you have to and still have T10500 and it is big enough to steal the blinds if they have nothing but trash.
JJ is just not strong enough to put your trny life on the line with 4 players left to act.
