Not sure what you mean by "good deal" but if your looking for satelite entries Poker Stars is having sattelites for as little as 50 FPP's if you happen to play there.

You can't sell or exchange them. You need to use them directly in WCOOP tourney buyins, or on other "special event" buyins.
