Typical hand in the rebuy tournament I play in. How do you defend against people constantly raising and calling with garbage? If I fold all of my mediocre hands to raises, I am quickly the short stack. If I call or re-raise I am usually up against 3 or 4 people for half of my stack with a drawing hand? And it's not only the 1st hour either. Here is a typical hand from the 2nd hour of the tournament that I wasn't involved in. But how do you defend against these idiots?

You have 1 idiot who raises min with A8 offsuit in the SB. The 2nd idiot raises a HUGE amount with KJ offsuit in the BB. The 3rd idiot limped on the button and him and the SB call the huge raise, but then he dumps after the flop.

By the way, I finally got sick of all this and decided to raise UTG with A9 hearts with 8X BB left and easily the small stack. Nobody was paying attention that I hadn't played a hand in a half hour because I got 3 callers at 8x the BB and then the BB pushed all-in with AA. Of course they all called and he wiped them all out as they turned over 98 suited and KQ. How do you beat these people that will play anything in rebuy tournies?
