I decided to play a few WSOP satelites. I started with a 400FPP satelite to get some practice. The top 9 places get a spot into the weekly finals where the top 2 places win the WSOP entry plus $1000 and 9 days accomodations.
There are about 25 people left and Im in 3rd with 25000. The blinds are 150/300.
Im in MP and raise a limper to 1200 with AQ. I get called by the other big stack who also has about 25000. Theres only like 1 other guy over about 15000.
The flop comes AT3 rainbow.
I bet 2000 into the 3100 pot and he calls.
The turn is another ace. The pot is 7100. I bet 4000 and get min raised. I know your suppossed to be very careful with the big stack, but this is an easy all in right? No way he has AK. He could have TT but most people reraise with TT at this stage. He could just call with TT I guess since he doesnt want to reraise me since he just as afraid of my stack as I am of his. He could also have 33 and be willing to risk 1200 preflop since he can easily afford it.
I can fold and still have 18000 or so and still be in great shape. I pushed all in. What do you think?

You would think he has to believe I have AQ or AK. The funny thing is that I had just been moved to this table.

Thanks for the well wishes. i really doubt I have much of a chance though. Theres about 160 poeple registered already and only the top 2 spots get the seat. It will probably be closer to 250 before it starts.

1st break....190 people left....Im in 114th
Avg stack...2300...I have 1600
Ive had without a doubt the worst cards Ive ever seen in a tourney
87 hands dealt so far
Ive had ATs, 88 and 55. Nothing else even remotely playable. The only reason Im even in decent shape is because I had A7 in the BB and the flop was Q77
Hopefully I'll start getting some cards now that the blinds are rising.
