AA through 22: 1 in 221 each; 1 in 17 total ==> 0.0588 (rounded)
AK: 8 in 52 * 4 in 51 = 1 in 82.875 ==> 0.01206636
AQ: ditto
AJ:ditto
KQ:ditto

So 0.0588 + (0.01206636)*(4) = 0.1071 (rounded)

So, 10.71%

That's assuming you VP$IP EVERY pair and EVERY AK, AQ, AJ, and KQ, and nothing else.

Note... from someone who plays a lot of 6-max... if you're VPIP is 10.7% you are an EXTREME ROCK.

In my database of 8,000 6-max players, someone who only has a VPIP of 10.7% ranks in the 99.996% percentile of all players. Thus, I would bet you would get almost no action if anyone is paying attention to your play.

My VP$ip is slightly lower than that for FH games, but I'm sure this degree of tightness would surely be a losing style in SH games seeing how the blinds would eat you alive, atleast in limit. In no limit, the blinds arent nearly so devastating, so it may not be as bad. Either way, in SH your edge is too great to not be playing more hands and stealing more pots post-flop. I think my VP$ip was like 29% back when I was play SH NL games.

hehe.. mine is 12% for ten handed. Still very profitable. Although, after hearing like-minded criticism on this forum, have bumped it up to around 15% this past few weeks. I think the only reason I get paid off is because my nickname is psychological. People think I'm loose because of my name. I had a guy in a big MTT tell me he called my all in because of my name. I laughed and then left because he outdrew me.
