Raise is good, flop is fine as well. I'd try and get heads up with a naked 6 if I could. If he has already boated then you still have outs for half plus 2 for a scoop.

This is fine. At this level you could see a wide variety of hands from your opponents, and (providing a boat isn't out, which it won't be a majority of the time) your nut low draw + AA + nut flush draw will own a significant amount of the equity in the hand.
