You played it fine. Villian should have check-called the turn and c/f the river if he missed or open-push if he hit.

You played it fine, you had him beat on every street (I'm assuming the wrap must've been 467 or TQJ or something as the river 3 didn't catch him). Standard play really. Against QJT with a spade draw you're a slim fave on the flop, when you catch the flush draw on the turn and with only one card to go you're a slightly bigger fave. He really wanted to raise the flop if he thought his big draw was favourite over your range.

I honestly think his turn play is more or less immaterial. Leading out is a bit strange but if he thinks there's any fold equity I guess it's better than CRing all in, from his POV he can't put you on the heart draw, so if his spades are to the nuts he's basically coinflipping here against a made hand. The best play from his standpoint is probably to check and call if he thinks you'll call down anything significant on the river if he hits.
