ok, that was my mistake. I was thinking of a different hand. I changed the title to eliminate confusion.

Therefore, comment on how to play these aces. The big stack is not a good player but a lucky one that will call big bets with 2 small pair, bottom ends of draws and such.

I think once you check that flop you have to fold to the bet. You have no idea what they have, you could easily be drawing to two outs and, with no draws on board, there's almost certainly at least 2 pair there, and you have no idea what you're drawing to/if you're good. So I don't think it's a good flop call, no.

I guess I'd lead that flop into a couple of players, but with 3 I'm leaning towards check-fold perhaps. Depends how tight they are and how likely you can buy a cheap pot.
