I can't imagine that pushing in with a weak KK there is anything more than tossing coins for stacks, at best. Is that really the sort of hand that Rolf suggests pushing in with using this style? I think anyone with an ace and three random cards is a cointoss or better, and you'll almost never have significantly more than neutral equity against more than one opponent. Just interested on the thinking here, really...
