On a related note, are OESD's even worth that much in Omaha, since by definition you're not drawing to the nut straight?

well, oesd's can draw to the nut straight and some can't. in this case, you are already behind 57 and can't make a straight better than this. I fold this definitely in plo and in limit with a bet and raise, drop it.
