Nothing this guy has done so far has impressed me. Do you push this hand against his 2/3 stack?

Depends on the opponent. I don't see a lot of collosal draws he could be raising with on that board. Perhaps make a small re-raise and drop if he pushes. however, if he's a solid player who rarely bluffs or does odd things, I don't see any harm in dropping as it's really difficult to see a raising hand he could have other than a set.
