E100 PLO on Martins Poker.
SB is a maniac who raises preflop with every hands and bets the flop 90% of time. He is hyperaggressive and willing to play for his stack with any draw, but only when he is the aggressor. When he gets checkraised on the flop he usually slows down. He's taken some wild swings and was up to E500, but is now down to E100.
I've been calling his raises with strong hands quite a few times only to flop absolutely nothing. Only once I flopped a decent draw, and I took the pot from him with a raise on the flop.
I have 22TT in the BB; a few limpers, SB completes; flop comes
289 with 2 clubs, which I don't have. The SB does not bet out, and I bet. Only SB calls. Turn is an offsuit 3. SB checks, I bet pot, SB calls again. River is an offsuit A. Maniac now leads out for the full pot. Call or fold?
Some thoughts: since maniac plays any made hand as fast as possible I can be sure he doesn't have a set on the turn, although he could have made aces.
He would lead out both on a complete bluff and with the nuts.
Both folding the best hand and paying him off would be pretty disastrous given the fact that this may well be the only chance you get to play in a big pot with him.
