I like your preflop and flop play very much. On the turn it's a tricky question whether to raise or not; would he really play KK like this? Against anything else you're ahead, though if he has any sort of low with a draw you're not too far ahead. I would perhaps lean marginally towards raising just in case he's willing to drop a garbage hand which has outs (a crappy flush draw, 2 crappy low cards). However, it'd be a shame to get pumped back by someone with KK.
I guess that in the absence of a read suggesting that he might slowplay KK in this odd way, you should just put in the raise and see what happens. Obviously in this case it wouldn't have made any difference, though. I think you played it just about OK.
