Is the max buy in $10? If so, why are you so short? I would make sure to reload so you can maximize pressure on hands and max protect.

In the PLO25 games, almost always someone has AAxx after the second reraise so I would let your hand go preflop because you are down to 4 outs. You have no fold equity to reraising is not the best play. I don't like calling either so fold is my choice. Seeing these players and their hands, a push isn't terrible but it is VERY high variance as its easy for someone with any Axxx hand to hit a hand to beat you. I just let it go.

I'd rather call preflop. Any flop with an ace and no K/7 smokes your hand given there's almost certain to be two or three opponents.
