Flop: [6h] [As] [Js] ($7.25, 4 players)
BB checks, UTG bets $6.9, Hero raises to $27.6, 2 folds, UTG raises all-in $56.3, Hero calls.

Turn: [Kd] ($119.85, 1 player + 1 all-in - Main pot: $119.85)

River: [8d] ($119.85, 1 player + 1 all-in - Main pot: $119.85)

Results:
Final pot: $119.85

Opponent has been raising a ton of hands, mostly marginal ones. His stats were 88/44/1.3. How's my line? Are you comfortable playing for a stack here? What if the 6 was the 2nd spade and not the Ace?

no, i don't like it. You have a gutshot and second nut flush draw which by themselves are pretty marginal and not great together. To even think about this, he would have to cb with any hand he raises preflop and you have fold equity. or if hes willing to call with just a bare low flush draw and such. Otherwise, its somewhat marginal. A big draw in plo on this board would be KQTx with Kx of spades.

He was c-betting most of his hands. Given that his PFR% was 44 you still think the raise was that bad? I mean my QQ could be good at that point. Would you fold immediately, call or raise/fold? I agree that the draw wasn't a monster, but given the opponent I thought the play was ok.

A gutshot + non-nut flushdraw doesn't constitute a "big" draw in my Omaha book. :?

I agree in principle with bri, although I'm not entirely averse to it against this player.

The fact that the pot is 3-way imo does strengthen your non-nut flush draw, which I'm willing to view as good here. That should give you 11 outs if you need them.

Your point about the QQ possibly being good is also a good point. However, I think having the pair in your hand is worse than hitting something on the board. Hitting something on the board gives you 9 extra outs to make 2 pair (assuming those outs don't also make your hand with a straight), whereas the QQ pair has only 2 outs to improve--and on a board like this, it's very unclear whether you would even want to hit a Q, probably not, actually.

I still generally much prefer flat calling here to the raise (what did he have, by the way?). I might plan to call him down if I hit my flush, although a paired board may also give you headaches on the river... (so, maybe raising the flush after all?).

While I can see making this move sometimes, DHD, I think your Omaha thinking is a bit HE influenced. This draw is decent, but not just huge (mainly because the flush draw isn't to the nuts--I'd be willing to pursue that anyway if I had more than a gutshot to the straight). I'd just be a bit cautious with this kind of thing, which isn't bad once in a while imo... I just wouldn't overdo it.

Yeah, it's not bad, but I think you just need to get used to thinking more in terms of the stone cold nuts in this game (don't mean to be discouraging, I hope, but that's my take from your recent posts)--that goes down a bit as fewer players see the flop. But hands that look really sweet in HE can be very dangerous in Omaha.

I think your play on this hand is a good move to make when you look very nut-peddly--showing your willingness to make moves in fluid situations with a reasonable draw.
