yes, fold to the flop raise. Its very rare that people raise max on flop without the nut flush in that situation. You can consider me weak for folds like this but trust me, you will save yourself a lot of money because once people start raising like this, they won't stop unless the board pairs, and sometimes not even then so you have to decide on the flop if you are taking it to the end. if so, you either reraise all in there or call and get all in on non pair turn. However, I fold this to that raise almost every time.
Trust me, i've played plenty of hands at this level, you will find better times to stack people. They are begging to give the money away so just wait and you can nut peddle. If you don't believe me, read my journal in the journal section and see some of the recent hands i've posted over the last few month. Just be patient.
