Hey there John, nice of you to drop by!
If you're very very good you can indeed expect to win in the 30-35BB/100 region, yup. In a truly appalling game perhaps even more, but I'd think 35BB/100 would be at the top end, and most games above the 25 buyins are probably a touch too tight for that to be sustainable. Playing 2 or 3 tables of 25/50 buyin PLO, with PTO, a good game, and concentration, I think 35BB/100 would be possible, then.
Long term I tend to hover somewhere just over the 25BB/100 region, but I do play 6-8 tables at once. Playing fewer, making better opponent notes, and concentrating more on the game might push that winrate up to 30BB+ (last year I made about 30BB/100 playing fewer tables). I've just had two brilliant months since the last time I looked into it in any detail, so chances are it's nearer 30BB/100 now anyway. Anything over 20 is very good. For reference, those figures are from the 100 games, though I make something comparable at 200. My winrates for PLO8 are a fair bit lower but still decent.
Although omaha's more profitable in the BB/100 stakes, hands are usually dealt a fair bit slower in omaha than in NL, which kind of negates the advantage, in terms of HOURLY rate.
Best of luck with your 4-card adventure, anyhow, sounds like you're doing well. As in limit, I think you're looking at 20,000 hands before you get anything like a really representative view of your winrate, though, but I'd reckon it should easily level out above 20BB/100, perhaps well above it. Post some hands sometime!
Cheers,
Monk
