Should I bet the flop instead of trying to checkraise?
Should I lead the turn in the hope that a week flush will fold?

After calling the turn bet I felt pot committed. I can not fold on the river, can I?

flop... i think a mix of betting out and CRing is appropriate. a lot of it depends on who is in the hand and (more specifically) how likely they are to bet or raise. in this case, i'd be tempted to check to the pf raiser without a specific read that says he doesn't CB without improving to a decent hand.

turn... that cared sucks for you given your position and the number of players in the hand. i'd only bet if the table was weak-tight and/or passive. i probably wouldn't call or raise this turn bet. villain bet with two players left to act and has very little money behind. AF of 1.3 is not very aggressive, imo, so i'm guessing he has some sort of flush (loose players LOVE to play suited cards) or maybe a set or a straight. since villain has very little left behind, you can't push him off a weak flush if/when the nut low comes on the river. i'd wait for a better spot.

if villain was a notorious stealer/blufftard when scarecards hit (i usually have notes on this), then i might look him up. even then, the action looks too much like a flush for me to be happy about this line.

That flop looks like it would hit a PFRer so I like the CR attempt. On the turn you aren't deep enough for the implied odds to fill up nor deep enough to scare someone off a baby flush when the low hits, so just fold. On the river you don't even beat most 2 pairs that might play it like this, so even getting good odds I fold.

I've played less than 5k hands of PLO8, so take that into consideration when I ask...is this hand strong enough to be calling a raise pre-flop? No low counterfeit protection, only a nut flush draw for high. ???
