Yeah, most of that seems reasonable. I would bare a couple of things in mind...

1) two pair is not a good PLO hand and if someone bets into you unless they're something of a LAG or you have something else going for you, folding is almost always the best play on a full ring table.

2) usually when you feel you have the best hand, aggression is best, especially if you think you can get your opponent to make a mistake by folding.

3) there are some situations where you DON'T want to get all your money in in position when you know that you both probably have decent hands as you'll be in position on future streets and can use it to your advantage.

You can also sometimes smooth call with top set if you feel your opponent could well have a middle or bottom set (when the board's not TOO drawy), giving them opportunity to lead a blank or paired turn. This kind of fits into 3) and you should remember it as a possible play to mix things up, especially against good players. If you ALWAYS raise top set, always call with all but the best draws, and fold everything else you detract somewhat from your positional advantage by giving away a lot about your hand to observant players every time you make a decision. This is only appropraite vs good players, of course.
