I'm in CO with AdAcQs8d and $361 in chips. 8 players at the table and 4 limpers to me. I raise max to $15. Button folds, SB (full stack and pretty LAG-ish) calls, as do 2 short-stacks, each with about $70.
Flop pot is $66, and the flop comes Tc5s4c. SB checks, first short-stack moves in, second short-stack raises his few extra dollars, and I fold.
I just can't imagine that I'm ahead in a 4-way pot here, and I have no draw. Even had the second short-stack folded, I think I would have laid down, as I'm too far behind to 2 pair imo, not far ahead of draws, and WAY behind a set. Correct?
However, had everyone checked, I would have potted it. Also correct?
Anyhow, first short-stack turned over 4568ds for bottom two, and second short-stack turned over QJ97 with the club draw and some runner-runner straight chances (second short-stack spiked runner-runner two pair with Q and J).
