I played O8 for the first time in a couple of weeks last night, and wanted some advice. I got AA39 suited to the A in the sb. This is .5/$1 on party so there are 4 or 5 limpers in front of me. Do you raise here?? I didnt and my reasoning was, I wasnt going to thin the field at all, I raise and everyone calls anyways and now unless and 2 flops or an A I'm stuck out of position with a mediocre two way hand? Good logic? Looking at my O8 numbers compared to gooperMc's I am to passive and I am working on a little more agression.

I would say no but Monk and disagreed about this in the past. I woudn't raise because nobody is going to fold and you are going to build a pot for others to draw at.
