Hand 1 looks like one you need to give up to me. He either has a slowplayed boat (which will call if you bet) or he called a large turn bet to chase a flush with a pair on board, which means you can't bluff out a flush on the river. The other possibility is he has 89T (highly unlikely) which you don't need to bluff out, unless he has a flush (in which case his turn suggests he'll call anyway). Pain in the butt but I think you have to let this one slide.
On a side note, I like betting pot on turn better than 1/2 pot. More likely to scare off draws (though at 200plo most players will fold any draw on this paired board)
Hand 2 you should pot it again. If he has 55 it's bad luck but you'll get paid off by QQ, Q5 and A5. Of course, you'll lose more if he has 55 than you win if he has any of the other hands, but I think you get paid often enough to make the play. If he raises again i'm ready to just call down rather than raise (if indeed the stacks are deep enough).
Hand 3 is marginal but I say get it to the felt. One thing to note is that a second raise might just scare off the BB (even though it's the same amount of money to him whether you call or raise) because he might just think a second raise makes it sure he's beat, but that said, it's probably only a minor consideration, and it looks like the raiser has something like K8 here, although lots of (crap) players play KK in the way he has.
