Value your big pairs more than you would in a full game, they can often take pots uncontested (unless it's a very loose/passive Sh game that has 4 or 5 seeing the flop). If it's a loose/passive game then tighten up a hair and ram and jam when you hit - you'll get paid off for it.

Any 3 to a wheel is good, 2 to a wheel is iffy, unless it's suited/connected/looks pretty.

2 low with 2 high is ok as well (i.e. 23QK is worth a limp here and there).

Play much stronger and more often in position too.
