I'd play all of those in late position. I'd be a bit more selective in EP, but on a passive table you could still probably see all of them if you think you can get in with a limp. But as a new player it's definitely best to be too tight than too loose preflop. Most of these hands are not too bad as they're quite "fit or fold" - stuff like KK72r, you either hit your K or you're done, so it's easy enough to play in LP for a limp on a table where you'll see a lot of limps and not many raises (conversely I wouldn't limp it in EP on an aggressive table as I'd rather not call a 5 or 6 BB raise with it).

TT66 makes a set on the flop 1/4 of the time nearly although some of those won't be good - again, it's better to be playing middle/bottom sets with position so as a beginner I think you could let this go in EP and take a limp later on. This is possibly marginally better than the bare KK hand to call a raise with esp. against an opponent who'll stack off on (say) a bare AA or a draw of some sort.

KKds is probably good enough to play from anywhere but just be cautious about drawing to non-nut flushes, even on a loose table it may not be good so you're usually looking for a K to flop or something that hits your sidecards + a flush draw.

AKJ9 is probably OK to limp from anywhere though it's only mediocre. Again, str8 draws are very vulnerable in PLO but on a loose table it may have value here and you can hit strong two pair hands etc. so it's a decent hand in LP. You could go either way in EP as a beginner I guess, it's not as nice a hand as it looks to a holdem player!

3456 is perhaps better in LP because you don't have full extension on your draw (it makes fewer nut straights than 4567, for instance, which should always be played from anywhere) and so if you're drawing to something like a 45K board you'd rather be last to act than first (as you can bet your 2 pair a bit more confidently and will have the advantage of being last to act if a 7 gives you the 2nd nut straight). I'd probably limp it early on a passive table but to be honest it's not that great a hand because it's too near the bottom so you'll be losing nothing by tossing it away except in later spots.
