I really suck at this game. I've managed to become a consistent winner at all forms of Hold'em, PLO and LO8, but PLO8 still eludes me. A standard session seems to have me building up slowly, usually by splitting a pot and picking up the dead money, then I bust by getting it in drawing thin or dead.

A279ds in MP with a double stack. Two limpers, I pot to 5 and get 3 callers. Flop comes KJ8 giving me the nut flush draw. Checked to me and I pot it, get two check/callers. One guy is really short, the other has me covered. I have position. Turn is an offsuit 7 and it is checked to me. I was gonna take the free card but decided to fire another barrel and potted it, mistake? I have the nut flush draw, nut low draw and bottom pair.

2346ds in MP with a full stack and table is 7-handed. EP who has me covered raises to 3, I call, re-raised by a half stack behind me to 12.50, original raiser call as do I. Flop comes 2K8 rainbow (one backdoor draw). Shorty pushes for 37, EP calls and I call. Turn is another 2, EP pushes and I call. Where do I get out of this hand? On the flop?

A239, table is 8-handed and I'm short with 62. UTG raises to 4, I re-raise to 13.50 and two people call. Flop is J63 giving me the nut low draw and a 9-high flush draw and bottom pair. BB minibets, UTG calls and I push.
I really need some useful feedback, hopefully someone has by now picked up some trends or fundamental flaws in my game that I can adjust. This is not acceptable.
I think one huge leak is AAxx (like AA57) hands. I tend to play them hype aggressively preflop because unless I re-raise there will be 50 million people seeing the flop and I will have no idea how to play having no nut draws, unless I flop a set.
