Just had this hand come up, and I wasn't sure how to play it. With this flop, the only draws available are backdoor ones, but 2-pair and sets are always a possibility, right?

This would be an easy bet in hold-em - I've got top pair with a Queen kicker. But with so many other cards out there, should I just assume that somebody else has 2-pair or a set?
