Villain is the worst player I have seen so far. Vpip over 90, pfr over 40 and practically goes to river ever hand (usually betting something like a gutshot).

Hand 1 is fine. Hand 2 I don't really like the turn raise if there's no fold equity - against someone you think has a weak high (but one with equity against your pair of 5s) and will fold it's fine.
