Ummmm dunno, think it's close. A little bit it depends on what you think he might CR with here. If his range includes all solid draws, all two pairs and all sets I think you're fine to get all in. If he has more money you can lose more to a semi-dominating hand so I'd be maybe more inclined to drop this hand to a full stack CRing me, but still again if his range includes stuff like two pair you're in good shape.

I haven't checked on the odds calculator but I bet you're actually a decent favourite over some two pair hands here, and not less than 40% equity against most. I think you're also about 30-35% against a middle or bottom set with no blockers. So with only another $100 or so behind him I can't see how calling can be too bad unless he's an absolute rock who has one of the top two sets or AKQJ like 90% of the time. Even then I don't think you'll necessarily be losing that much on a call.

The more I think about it the more I actually believe it's a pretty clear call if he pushes, again with the proviso he's not a total rock. I really can't see many hands where you have less than the 35% or so you need to make the call.
