So I just played a 1000 hand sessions in which I played very well and In the end all of my stats looked good except for W$SD.

WTF. Over 1K hand I am not suppose to continually push in with the best hand and lose.

In my last 2.5K hand my WtSD is in the lowest 10% of database and guess what, so is my W$SD. This means that I am going to showdown less then everyone AND winning less when I do showdown.

Losing when you're an equity favorite shouldn't bother you too much. It happens. Perhaps it feels like it happens more often than it should or it happens in particularly sick and cruel ways. Mr. Twodimes offers you his condolences. Accept them and be comforted.

I can someonwhat relate -- December was my worst month of poker... ever. Unfortunately, Mr. Twodimes was not there to console me. I think playing winning PLO/8 involves a lot of situations where you have to gamble against your opponents range of hands. i.e., Against my opponent's range of hands, I figured to be a favorite. Well, many times in December I happened to find myself against the opponent's high end of that range quite often. The result was me repeatedly shoving my chips into with by far the worst of it. Mr. Twodimes can be very coldhearted in those situations, offering no consolation for me. I still haven't fully regained my confidence.

What I'm trying to say is, appreciate your bad beats when you know that you were the favorite. I know you already know this, though, so toughen up. It is gambling after all.
