I was just wondering what a good solid Omaha high win-rate should look like. In HE, I figure 20 BB/100 (true BB, not PTBB) is pretty much trouncing the game, and 10 is already pretty decent.

But Omaha obviously has a lot more swings to it.

Anyhow, on a very minimal number of hands, I'm at 240 BB/100 at the Stars $100 game, which felt so soft that I moved up to the $200 game pretty quickly, and there (after only 400 hands) I'm at 84 BB/100.

Should I keep cracking away at the $200 game (which also feels fairly soft now, but not just horrible) for a bit before moving up to the $400? Or is taking a stab at the $400 reasonable?

I feel like I've gotten pretty decent pretty fast at full table, but, in contrast to HE, I have very little feel for how to vary play depending on stack-sizes or how to play short-handed (at which I'm not terribly strong in HE either, but still know enough to kind of "wing it" reasonably well).

I think 8-12PTBB/100 has been quoted here as being a very good win rate.

Maybe wait until u have played 10k hands plus to get an accurate figure on how crushing your game is. An early rush of cards can really skew your results short term.
