Home game: 7 card stud, 3/6, $1 bring, 5 at table, don't know much about these guys' 7CS play
3rd Street
Seat 1: xx 6h
Seat 2: xx Ks
Seat 3: xx 2h
Hero: AsAd 3d
Seat 5: xx Jd
Seat 3 brings-in, I raise, Seat 5 3bets, Seats 1/2/3 fold, I cap, 5 calls
-Fairly standard at this point. I'm looking at potential Jacks w/ GK.
4th Street
Hero: AsAd 3d3h
Seat 5: xx JdQd
I bet, 5 raises, I 3bet, 5 calls
-Ok, so he raised me with the QJ showing, and slowed down to my 3bet. I think I'm looking at an AKJQ type hand right now. Pretty confident I'm ahead.
5th Street
Hero: AsAd 3d3h9c
Seat 5: xx JdQdJh
5 bets, I _____
-At this point in the hand, I've got the Aces up and I still think I'm in good shape. However, that J is a scare card considering a Jack in the hole is a definite possibility. He could have been overplaying his Jacks on 4th street. What do I do here and why? If I raise, what am I hoping to accomplish, and what do I do if he 3bets? Call and see the next card? Most likely, but then I'm in a bind probably looking to fill up, losing bets at the same time. Tricky spot.
