What are your thoughts on Michael Cappelletti for omaha advice. He writes for cardplayer and his articles seem pretty good.

Personally i like him. I think I recall adam saying he did too. He came up with a lot of really common concepts often quoted in O8 circles about what constitutes a good game (I think he also may have coined the term "promotional raise" although the technique was not his idea first). His O8 book is well worth buying.

Yes, I like Mike, and in the absense of ATE books, I would recommend him.

I like his terms, and try to give credit to him for the "promotional raise" whenever possible.


However, his expertese is primarily in HIGH omaha. I feel that his high low, needs some work.
