Why don't you try to get some extra income by teaching some dealing? I believe you've taught some people before, what about placing an advert in the newspaper in minnesota or something? I guess maybe there arent a lot of casinos up there.

Have you ever played or dealt in St Louis? Casinos on the mississippi there, in riverboats permanently moored to the banks. I can't recall the name of the one I was at back in 2003 but there was a card room there too (albeit not a great one, btw the dealer had the annoying chip rapping "thankyou" technique you described!).
