Leaving for paradise island (Bahamas) at the atlantis resort and casino in a couple hours. CP says theres a card room, so I'm off to play some (and swim with some dolphins and sharks, albeit on seperate dives... they don't get along so well.)

Maybe I'll find some time in my insane schedule (80+ work weeks, gotta love the OT) to start posting again when I get back.

Well actually, the cable beach casino at the windham really sucks. They are planning to level the entire building within a couple years so they can rebuild it, the early 80's motif is still running strong there.

But yet again, I sat at the crappy 1/2 NL game they were sprading there. My condo is on the atlantis property so I was hoping they would have apoker room, but still no luck. "we're planning on opening one soon". They better, I'm goign back in june. Anyways, back to cable beach.....

I HATE TIME CHARGES. They were asking for $6 every 30 minutes. Wtf. And the dealers are frigging pitiful, the one kept 'forgetting' to get change to the players, the excess chips kept ending up in her tray somehow.... and they deal real real slow since there is no incentive to deal a lot of hands. I lost about $60, never saw a turn, just a few limp/folds, or call/folds.

Basically, don't put Nassau on your list of destinations if you are planning a poker vacation.
