I created two Prima accounts yesterday for a couple bonuses that I was going to clear. I forgot that i had created an account there a year ago because I never played on it. I deposited $600 and then my account was banned. When I talked to the live support I was told what I had done and when I asked about my money, I was told that they don't know what will be done with my money

Has anyone had anything like this happen? I have to call a manager tomorrow so I hope to have this all taken care of tomorrow.

Who thinks Ill get my money back?

What exactly did you do? Make a new account in someone elses name?

Prima is the most security conscience of all the networks and I would say it doesnt look good (depeneind on what you did exactly)

I made an account on one of the skins, and I used a different alias because I had forgotten that I had a Prima account. Its just another account in my name.
