After reviewing your poker action the poker department has found the following, so far you have been awarded $30 of bonus awards. There is another $20 pending. This will be released the next time you play at the poker tables. The main reason why it is taking a little longer to release your bonuses is that sometimes you are leaving the tables when you have quite reached your 60MCP thresh-hold. What happens here for example is then if you leave a table at 59 points---and then sit at another table your MCP points are reset to 0. Therefore you need to earn 61 to gain the next bonus. By this method it will take longer to release the poker bonus.

unfortuantely I have now "earned" about 4 more or so incremental bonus payments and still my account has only been credited with the initial 3 payments. I emailed them back saying how rediculous it was and they sent back an email which didnt really answer my question. I think there is some flaw in the bonus release function in the software. I'll keep yah updated on my CS quest. Maybe they ran out've cash? I sincerely hope not..............................

I find myself a little confused about the bonus, customer service stated to me:

I find this kinda silly, that you can earn 99% of a bonus only to have it reset when you sit down at another table. Is this a temporary glitch or part of the bonus earning system as a whole? If it is indeed not a glitch it should be changed because it can be very unfair if you earn those 59 points and then open another table which benefits the site with additional rake only to be penalizied by having the mcp point balance erased! I truly like mansion poker and hope to have a long future here but this glitch is very inconveniant and unfair to players which I feel needs to be changed!
