A few days ago I was playing at UB and my 1st 2 hands at the table I was in the blinds and my cards were dealt face down. I folded both hands and left the table.
Ive had no problem before or after that. I was playing 2 other tables at the same time and they were fine.
I emailed support and they sent me HHs for all hands I played that day so i could tell them which ones it was. It was easy to find so I gave them the hand numbers.
Theyve been very professional, courteous and quick with the responses. The last email said they were sorry and that my account had been credited with $3 ( I was playing $1/$2).

Oh wait....my account has not been credited. I'll keep you updated.
