PT, GT+ and Party Poker table selection

I keep a long buddy list, and if no one are online or if they're sitting on a bad table (watch it while waiting for a seat) I open up four tables from the ones with highest avg. pot and then pick the best one after watching them for a while (usually for as long as I'm in the waiting queue).

I open the 4 top pot avg tables, let them run a few minutes, then open Poker Ace's HUD, which puts the table numbers up for me to watch. I'm looking for a high number seeing the flop--upper 20s to 30%--and a low PFR. Juicy, man. Cheap flops and weak players.
