Not sure about the Party game level thing though ... I imported some Party hands immediately before copying my database across (at the weekend) to a newly downloaded PT database any they were "NL ($2)"; immediately after they became "NL $200".
(This is different to the 50BB to 100BB change a few months ago, if that was what you were thinking of?)
