Anyone know how to move hand histories from one database to another?

I recently split out my NL25 histories into their own database. Then I sat PT down to do some data mining. Problem is it mined everything into the OLD database, not the new NL25 one.

I'd like to not lose a couple days of mining if I don't have to. Any ideas? I'm not afraid of SQL, but I'm too lazy to do it if there are more than a handful of tables involved.
